Italy has emerged as the fifth largest trading partner of Bangladesh. Bangladesh has been enjoying favourable balance of trade with Italy during last five years. Bangladesh's exports consist of RMG, knitwear, leather and leather products, jute and jute goods, chemical and agro-products. Our imports from Italy consist of machinery, industrial chemicals such as textile and leather dyes, household and electrical appliances.
